    You may need a vps server with c panel can you tell me more about your requirements and your budget, like east cost, west cost.

    You need a large VPS or small dedicated server if you want those kinds of specs. That kind of usage is absolutely not appropriate for shared hosting.

    Servers are reliable and their prices are not high.
