hey, can i get into trouble if i put a google-video on my site? its a music video, my site is NOT about music but it fits perfect to the topic, so i thought its entertaining for my visitors. can it happen that some people come along "he you have this video STOLEN" if i just embed it to my site, clearly visible that it comes from video.google.com? maybe i should mention its from SONY BMG Music Entertainment, so its not a small garage band looking for some attention.
depends if its copyrighted or not maybe you can just use it as the background music or on your site give the source and info of the song back to the original one
Was the video posted to video.google.com by SONY BMG with embed codes? If yes, then you are probably fine. If it was posted to Google video by some random person, then it could be a problem.
