Just looking for an appraisal. Additional info: ~4000 visitors daily but as high as 15,000-20,000 daily. Sequal to original game coming out this year. Traffic will probably triple or quadruple.VERY MINIMAL adsense ads makes 300/month. I only put on enough ads to pay the server costs.

Well first off, I would look further our for some CPM advertising outside of adsense. With that kind of traffic and potential traffic, this site (IMO) is worth holding onto. Seems to me that you just need to do a better job at advertising (assuming the traffic is organic traffic) At 4k traffic per day, that is 120k per month. You are missing out on so much profit with the lack of advertising. The best part is with only a little work, that is a good income stream that needs little upkeep to keep it going.
Throw a few more ads on the site to make a profit. Once you start making a profit, the value of the site will increase substantially.
