    I am looking to sell this site. need quick money to pay off some bills.

    since I am not using a seperate adsense channel to track the revenue, I am unable to provide any proof. but I can say it's more than $8 per month. you can figure how much you can earn with this traffic. most of the visitors come from search engines. see the analytics data.
