    microsoft can C & D this domain anytime they want because the phrase xbox is copywritten and it's in the url...not saying this will happen just giving a heads up

    If they were able to or interested in doing that they would have done it a long time ago to the thousands of xbox hacking sites that are actually out there promoting xbox hacking. http://www.google.com/search?q=xbox+hacks

    The same goes for sites with nintendo in the name that allow you to play NES roms. (http://www.google.com/search?q=nintendo+roms)

    Or iPhone hacking (http://www.google.com/search?q=iphone+hacks).

    Read up on the ICANN trademark information and you'll find that Microsoft is unable to do anything about a domain like this.
