That's the forum...no ads have been placed there.

Skin is custom made by me. Forum software is mybb which is free license. You can convert to VB if you wish.

Animal Crossing is a very popular game series from Nintendo. It's expected that a sequel will be released for the Wii and the Nintendo DS. That would explode the value of this site on release.

Attached is the Google Analytics from the past 30 days. Domain is at Moniker and expires Feb 2008. Site itself is only 9 months old but has done very well.

    Looking for offers. Thank you.

Is this a "freeforum" that you own? Or do you have access to everything? As in there is a database backup available yes?

What's the price? I have other questions as well when I reply to your PM. :)

Yeah this is hosted in my account. Some aren't familiar with mybb but it's just as powerful as SMF and certainly much better than phpbb. Mybb is an extensive forum software. As stated in original post Vbulletin has mybb as part of impex if you want to convert. Of course you would need to do the template yourself.

As for price..I have not yet decided on a buy it now. I want to hear what offers come first.

    $50 from me.

How long you plan on keeping this auction open?

It's not an auction and $50 is not even close to an offer I would accept. I turned down a $400 offer at one point if that helps you.

Well could you give us a minimum bid please? So everyone isn't running around in circles.

Well than you should tell us the BIN or at least something, as a starting point.
I think you're not really looking to sell it, else you would already have a figure in mind.

$400 is a lot for a site that gets only 50 visitors/day. Especially a forum, which is very hard to monetize.

    Good luck.

People that make serious offers normally do so based on experience and education of value. I am not here to educate you on the value of websites. I am here to sell off a site. Don't run around in circles...just find another site to lowball.

And I do have a figure in mind...I just won't post it. I am not obligated to.

Then good luck selling your site. :) As a seller it's your job to tell us the qualities, and positives of your site and explain to us why we should buy it.

And like the above poster said. For a site that gets only 50 visitor a day, $400 dollars is quite a lot.

But good luck selling! You'll need it. ;)

Not an auction hence no starting bid. Stats are in the Google Analytics. Most traffic comes from SERPs it's in the PDF in the first post (page 3).

    Thanks buddy.

Nice forum I really enjoyed Animal Crossing :) But as other members already mentioned $400 is maybe a tad too much now that Animal Crossing Wild World isn't popular anymore.

And when Animal Crossing is released for the Wii or the DS...this site will explode and be worth mid $x,xxx easily. Making this sale isn't going to make or break me...just flagging offers. I have interest on another site right now so it might get sold there.

    Thanks.

Could you set a starting bid by any chance? $50? $100?
