Video Game Fansite For Sale (IP.Board License Included)

I currently own a video game website that I am looking to sell due to the lack of time that I have to develop it.

The video game covered on the website is Haze, an upcoming FPS for the Playstation 3 (and Xbox 360 next year) that will be released in November. It is being published by Ubisoft and being developed by Free Radical Design.

Before I go into statistics, I will cover what the buyer will receive in the sale.

As far as Unique Visitors on HazeForums goes, I have recieved 104 this month with no advertising or work. I don't even think I've updated the link on HazeGaming.com yet. I won't take a screenshot because there really is no reason to do so. It's only 104 hits, but many of these are coming from search engines and the such.

I can't provide advertisement stats due to the fact that we quit using Bidvertiser and Burstmedia a few months ago. We had solid statistics (If I remember right, we made $100 worth of advertisement money through the first few months we were online). The website hasn't really been monetized lately, since we haven't had time to do so. The advertising rewards had decreased the past two months, so when you consider placing a bid, remember that there is income, it's just not as much as it could be.

I do reserve the right to not sell the website, even if offers are standing. This site has a lot of potential and if I can't get a price I deem suitable, then I'll just make the time to develop it on my own. I am looking to sell the website to someone that will actually develop this into a fansite for the game. This game has the potential to be one of the best games of 2007 and the fansite market for this game is nearly empty (I know of one other fansite, a non-English website, that currently covers the Haze game).

PayPal is the only acceptable payment in this matter and the sale items will only be delivered once payment is sent. Sale items will be archived into a file and will be placed on our server. The buyer will have exactly three days to retrieve all of the files before they are released (unless the buyer informs us prior to those three days that he/she will need more time).

We are not interested in trading for other websites. Like I mentioned earlier, if we do not receive an offer that we are satisfied with, we redeem the right to not sell the website.
