Video Gallery Plugin For Wordpress??

    Is there any paid/free plugin which supports following

    can convert any format mpg,wmv,avi files (uploaded from my computer to my hosting space.. etc) to flv and plays it in flash player... It should all display neat like it used to in photo galleries..

    are there any???

    I'd like to know as well. There are a few out there, but I don't have the time to test them all.
