    Hi,

    I have a large .mp4 (90mb) sales video. It's 640x480px size.

    I need to resize it down to around 450px width and the height does not matter.

    I want to keep the same quality it is now, but export it to .flv or .mp4 (but it should be around 20mb) or something around that number.
