Hi, Anybody recommend a video editing and/or conversion software program. Have to crop and convert some VOB files for use on the internet. Must be easy to use. It would be good to have a "try before you buy" facility so we can see its suitable for what we need.
Adobe Premiere Elements for Microsoft Windows or Adobe Premiere Pro for Microsoft Windows. It also works with Mac OS X
Hmm..what sort of conversion software do you want? Windows media encoder can convert any video format to wmv for free and Helix Mobile Producer will help you convert to mobile formats like 3GP, RM and MP4 according to dimensions specified by you. Although Helix isn't free.. If you want to try the free ones, linux based video editing softwares are your best bet: http://digital-filmmaking.blogspot.com/2007/08/video-editing-options-for-linux.html
I have Just dowloaded Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0.... Really great thing! The best video editing programm I think
Or that too. Also, why does my above post say siti instead of site, even though i spelled it correctly and it is still spelled correctly when I click "edit"? UPDATE: now its fixed and i didnt do anything. weird.
If on a mac, imovie is nice and easy. Final Cut is pro level (it's what I use). On the PC side, Sony Vegas is a fantastic editor. The platinum edition can be had for around $100.
I have Adobe Premiere Elements and it works great for any kind of editing you need... as long as you're not looking to make feature films or anything...
I think you must try Total Video Convertor. This is the best software to convert video in any format. It has all type of format. And One main thing is This a FREE. So just google it. Best of Luck. Regards SAM
