    In my place i will be suggesting windows movie maker for beginners and adobe premier pro for the professionals. this two i the video editing software which i am using still.

    If you're new to video editing, those professional software might be too hard to learn. I'm now using TunesKit AceMovi which is super easy to learn, and you can do all the basic editing without spending too much time to learn.
