video driver must be on master drive?

    What OS?
    Depending on what drivers you're installing, Windows might not even need a directory (e.g it just dumps it all to Windows dir...).
    Otherwise just specify your install directory (on your slave drive) and it should all be fine.

    Why not just install it all to c?

    Driver Must be installed on System drive in windows folder < mostly drivers installed in INF directory in Windows

    It should not matter. But ideally it is installed in C:/
