    I ordered over 10 days ago and did not hear anything. I then a couple of days ago asked for the status and was told the video's I ordered would be delivered that day. I again heard nothing and now just received a refund along with a note saying he had an emergency and can not complete my work.

    We all understand that emergencies can happen, but that still does not explain the previous 10 days the work was not completed, nor why he did not just ask for more time to complete the work.

    Instead I am left to assume the emergency is just an excuse to get out of work he under bid.

    You got a refund and an explanation. Have you tried offering $20 for a video?
    It's got to take him at least half and hour to create a video with voice over narration. $20 is still a bargain even for amateur work.

    Zorde I am not sure you understand how this works here. If a person places an offer and they accept payment than they need to fulfill that offer. If for example I purchased work from you for $100.00 and later you decided you wanted more, that does not mean you can break the offer and ask for more. Besides that he never said the price was any issue, so why are you even bringing that up.

    My guess is that he posted an offer for less than he should have, was not able to fulfill these orders and got overwhelmed, but then he should have closed the offer and not accepted my money. Once he accepted the payment your reason holds no water. As I said in my post I was understanding of his emergency and would have been fine if he had just said "give me more time", but I never even received and email or pm from him prior to refunding my money. All I received was a PayPal refund with a note attached saying he could not do they work.

    When doing business on forums such as this, feedback from others is how we survive. My posting is nothing more than to offer other prospective buyers my experience on working with this person. Each person can then make up there own mind if they want to use this person or not. That is how these forums work.
