Video creation requirements

    When creating a training video, other than software what else that I required? Any idea? Do u need any camcorder? Please help me if you know. Thanks

    A good HD Camera (I use Flip, and I have another awesome camcorder made by Kodak that records in 1080p HD res.)

    The software I use is Sony Vegas 8, Adobe After Effects CS4, and for screen recording, Camtasia.
