Hi, I have been working in the animation industry and from the looks of what you want doesnt suit your budget unfortunately.
I can do it, but not for $20, that's extremely low for a special affects video. If you are able to increase your budget I'd be willing to do so, just send a PM. ...On the other hand, I could do it for $20 in 10 minutes using stick figures and crappy effects. Lol.
