If you have to ask such an asinine question in a forum category that has nothing to do with what you are asking you probably should not be doing what you are planning to do. Typically though, no hosting companies are not snooping around looking at what all their customers are doing, unless you are screwing with our networks, causing issues for other customers or causing problems with network and or server performance. When notified however, hosts can and do enforce their TOS/AUP and if we get hit with a violation, were gonna pass that onto you by taking appropriate action. Now go ask an admin to move this ridiculous post to a more appropriate category.
Of course I havn't start any video site yet,it's nothing ridiculous. If I had had some video sites,I won't ask such questions.but I hadn't,so this is called ridiculous? Mia,you mean you don't mind copyrights?
No, I mean your post is ridiculous. Its an inappropriate thing to ask. And its been asked in an inappropriate category. And yes, Hosting Companies take Copyright Infringement claims very seriously.
Bottom line is ... don't be breaking the law unless you're looking for negative consequences. There are ways to search for non-copyrighted videos, just use the search engine. Expect negative responses to this post in general because people are less inclined to help someone do something illegal ... ya know?
I do not think they will check them all but if they start getting abuses they will close your account.
