Video Conversion and Thumbnail

    I have a Wordpress site and I'm uploading videos using a plugin. I need videos to be converted flvs and auto thumbnail creation during upload process. Then this should be integrated with my existing Wordpress/plugin.

    Pls post here or PM if you can do this.
