Video Compressing?

    I use Camtasia Studio to produce photoshop video tutorials.

    however, the files that it produces when i save as flash exceed 150MB, how do i compress these to make them suitable for websites? (around 2-5MB?)

    If there are any video experts out there, i could really use help. I'd be willing to pay $$.

    Yes, I can compress them to 2-5mb and still have them look good, as in good quality and sound, PM and we will talk.
