Video clip to GIF software needed

Hello is there any software there who can make a video clip into gif?

I dont want to use photoshop I just I want a software that is easy to use nad preferably free.

yeah they give Free 30 Day Trial, i don't think Click and Drag is possible, its a video conversion.

 

I've seen a software that can make it by just using click and drag. Like ImToo video converter you'll just point out where to start and where to end then just click convert to gif, but the problem is it has a watermark and before you'll be able to remove it you need to buy it for $40. I need a free one.

 

You can just use photoshop cs4 x.x, I know there is another very simple one but I forgot what its called =/
