I saw this tool explained in SOME video, unfortunately I can't for the life of me remember where. It essentially let you view exactly what your users were doing on your page. EG: They pause video, scroll down to check price, go back up, resume video, then skip sales letter This would be invaluable to me. Also. I'm using JWPlayer for my flash video, does anyone know of a player thats easy to setup and gives you raw data on how long each person watched your video (if you convert those into clusters, I would imagine you could see exactly where you lose people and fix that part of the video). Suggestions would be great, and thanks in advance.
