If you have your own videos, this may be worth a look to see another way of how ads can be implemented into videos. At the moment however liverail.com is currently in beta and you won't get any earnings until they are up and running. Having said that though, signing up now means you will get 65% revenue over the regular 50% in the future. I have put up a test video here and there are glitches in the picture over the original footage, but this may be down to the way it was encoded. Anyway, worth a look to see how they implement the ads.
