    - Is Video Ads available for every Adsense publisher?

    - If yes... then why it is not showing in my Adsense Accounts?

    Yes! it is available on Adsense may be in your area zone restricted! because i also cannot see Video Ad's in my account

    has anyone made a decent amount on video ads? I guess the better question would be...is it more profitable to use video ads over something else?

    AdSense video ads are really the biggest joke. You get paid when someone click on an ad IN the video, not for watching the actual video itself.
