Video Ads Get Paid

I am adding videos to an online collectors site. Are there any ad programs which can play before the videos where I can get paid per watch?

do the adsense video ads pay? because i tried to use them but when i put the script in it just goes to a link that browses all the videos.. theres no video player like in the preview :S
