Guys, I don't know where should I open this thread, because what one person is doing with is is a little bit fucking thing. As this is the legal department, I would like to open the thread right here. So, guys , be aware of that person: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=676912

Some of you maybe know that a I was selling my site due to some personal problems. The thread is located here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2585198

I had some offers but all of them stopped responding, later this user offered me 450$ for the site. He have talked via PM and as I needed money, I accepted his offer. Please, check the PM:

Then he send the payment and he told me about that via PM:

Ok, the strange thing was that this person told me account of godaddy and different email. So, I sent the domain to that mail: hnflippa43@yahoo.in

Later, this user told me: Oh, there was an error, please send the domain to another email and I had to sent email to Godaddy:

I did it and I also cancelled the process from Godaddy directly. Well, after that he asked me to interchange iTrader. I did it.I gave him cPanel details, all files, including those unique header design, absolutely everything. I helped him on registration, I did everything what I could. I will later post skype logs to on PayPal.

I gave him also my personal Virtual Assistant skype! They also have talked. But today you know what? This person has opened a claim on paypal!!!! Saying that he bought a DVD player from me and needs money back. Can you imagine? After all I have done for him?? This is my paypal history and please check! The same day, the same time, I received money from this fooler!

What I have to do now?? I sent everything to paypal. I have talked with this person on skype and he is not answering at all :)

Do not deal with this person! He has tons of emails and is using different emails for paypal, godaddy and other shits!

His message clearly states and asks for a PayPal Id and I send that paypal where he sent money. Than he says that he sent payment and later giving me feedback for dealing and then lying? Paypal should remove his paypal account for ever because I am not a newbie but he was bidding on other websites and maybe he would be able to fool some new users. Also, paypal have to ask for a proof, like ebay ITEM ID, etc. let see what happens. In my life I have never had similar issue!

Sorry to hear about your experiences with this individual. I had enquired (via PM) about one of the services he/she/it posted about, but glad I didn't bother using it now after seeing this thread.

Don't worry about the negative iTrader, just post (even just copy and paste what you wrote up in here) about the problems with this buyer in your sales thread:
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2585198

Anyone doing their due diligence will then be able to easily see what happened.

Unfortunately, DP admins don't get involved in member disputes, however people like that usually make a lot of mistakes and banned quite quickly. So don't worry about the negative iTrader too much.

You can go to a local store and buy a dvd player...
i am not sure if this will help, tell paypal this was not a dvd player sale, but
on digital goods, and provide all links/proof to paypal, if they declare this was for
digital goods, then he should not get a refund. If he used a stolen account,
then it would be moot anyway as the funds would be returned to the rightful owner.

If nothing got transferred, then you are out of nothing...be thankful...
if you transferred your domain, then it is gone, then try to go after the funds...

I sold a domain via afternic.com 2 weeks ago; They wont respond...

what a way to run a business...

Paypal will get your money back if you file a good report with all the evidence.. sometimes it takes months but they do get it back.

The most sucking thing there is that this guy didn't buy the website without proofs. I made videos, I got official confirmation letter from RegNow reflecting sales. I sent him also past month earnings and payment. :) I sold the nice website to a lowest price and this fucking shit lied to paypal and to me. He asked me for a refund but someone who lies continuously how can I trust him? I would accept a refund BUT he already has my files, where is the guarantee that he won't sell the the website design later? I lost some sales already and now asking for refund LOL. I gave him all files, absolutely everything. It's a nice idea. Having files there and ask for a refund :) We all can do that.
