    DigitalPoint is correct. That was the worst case of "ice burn" I've ever had. It was actually ice burn on top of ice burn (I did it twice, in the same spot...OW!). And, for those of you that don't know, ice burn is pretty similar to gravel burn, because in south California, we snowboard on ice and it gets chunked up into frozen gravel.

    I ate it off a jump (mind you, at least it was the biggest one on the mtn), then got mad because I didn't pull it off, so I did it again...And biffed it again. That picture was taken in the bar...bad day on the mtn :rolleyes: .

    Hey, if I had a choice between ice & 8ft of powder (driving distance from the beach), I'll take the soft fluffy stuff any day. I guess you just gotta work with what you got ;) .

    Looks good to me VS - love the PINK color - although I think I still got you beat with the coolest car which you'd look good in, even with your ice burn! ;-)

    Note that it is also the coldest car and I actually HAVE put my snow skies in the back seat (top down of course) and taken it to Winter Park, Colorado for day of skiing so it would also take your snowboard ... but have never put a surfboard in it as I've never tried that sport - "surf's NOT up" in Colorado.

    BTW, you biff'ed the jump - did Shawn land it?!?

    brrrrr...looks pretty cool to me ;). Reminds me of the time my alternater died while I was driving up the mountain. It was pitch black, snowing, my windshield wipers we barely working, headlights diming. Actually, it was dieing on the way up the mountain, and we did make it to the cabin (barely), but then it really did die when I saw that we had no beer at the cabin and I had to attempt to make it into town for a beer run...hehe. So, there I was on the side of the road in the forest in shorts and flip flops and I didn't even get the beer :( . The tow truck driver got a good laugh at me though.

    Shawn almost killed himself going too fast over some whoops once and I think that's the last time his snowboard will leave the ground.
