    I've got a site that sells a product in the IM niche.
    It's been going strong with steady/increasing revenue over the last 9-months.

    The average revenue/month is $3,300.
    The average net profit/month is $1,600.

    Very stable, easy to operate, it takes just 20 minutes per day
    to check up on a few things, and also answer any emails.
    That's all there is to it.

    The buyer will receive the domain, the product and all info needed for it
    (graphics, editable files, etc...).

    The buyer will also receive my double opt-in email list of subscribers.
    These are all buyers who have purchased our product, and opted into
    our newsletter. There are approx 725 buyers on this list. It is at aweber,
    so transfer to the new owner is easily done.

    I am asking for $14,000 (8.75/months profit, 4.2/months revenue).

    Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Uzbekistan, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

    If you are in one of these countries you cannot use Escrow.com, and thus, I would not be able to sell the business to you.
