People I need your help! I'm so fustrated! In the last 2 weeks I get extremley low revenue from adsense - about 0.05 $ per click... Yesterday I had 2406 Impressions, 30 Clicks, and I've earned 1.59. I've attached a picrue of it. Before a month I used to get 0.30 $ per click (in avarage). I didn't change the site. What is wrong? Can't seem to open the attached picture. Do you have other sites running adsense? It's possible that you have other poor performing sites that has caused smartpricing. You should also analyze your stats to see where your traffic is coming from and see what KW's ppl are using to find your site as well as how much is coming from the SERPs vs referral sites. In order to sustain good CPC, you'll need to make sure that your traffic is organic and targeted from SERPs. That's what I've found to be working for good CPC. Hope that helps!
Thanks for the reply! I don't have any other sites running adsense. Most people in my site are coming from USA, Canada and UK. The keywords they are using are the same as in my meta tags and contnet. I have 61% direct traffic. Most people actually typing my site address on the address bar and not looking for it in google. Could this be the problem?
Unless people are bookmarking it. I'm pretty sure bookmark returns count as direct. And those, of course, are great.

If it makes you feel any better, I love your website. Great idea! Ad placement could be better though. I think a good real ad would fit in the upper right instead of the link unit you have centered by the search bar. But just an opinion you probably get enough traffic to run a real experiment.
Well it's actually does make me feel better I'll wait another week or two, if nothing happens I'll give up. I mean, running my site is just too much work for getting 0.05 $ per click. I can get more money just from sitting in the street, putting a hat on the floor and playing some beatles songs on my guitar. I just don't get why the revenue just dropped suddenly.
Yea, revenue dropped from the past few months. Before one month or two i used to make atleast 30 $ a day. Now with the same number of impressions and same CTR, i am hardly making 20 $ a day. Dunno whats happening around.
If you decide to sell, informe me about that move, this thread url and your expected price. If not, work some more content, get some more backlinks and try to add value to those clicks.

It could be that it is nothing you have done. Remember that advertisers are bidding against each other for how much they spend. If a major advertiser ran out of budget for the month, or maybe changed their max bid, you could see a major change in earnings. I am in a niche where there is one major and about three minor advertisers. Once their ad budget runs out, usually around the last week of the month, my earnings drop like a rock. You just have to sit back and wait to see when they get back in the game. Their budget should reset the first of next month. If they lowered their bids, you could be screwed for the long haul. I would not change anything on your site. You cannot control advertisers bids.
Your profits are based on what people pay for ads, economic downturn = people pay less for advertising = you make less. A lot of my sites have lost their profit per click so instead I am focusing on previously poor revenue areas that gained high click throughs.
your conversion are bad brother. thats the reason you are being paid so low. I wont be surprised in case you start another thread stating your account has been terminated. Get to work and clean up things and hopefully you should start making some gud money. cheers
Your website has an extremely large amount of potential! Work on your layout and placement and things will begin to look up.
