Very very first experience

    i am interested to put some affliate ads on my website.
    I need your guidelines where to find affliates and how they will treat me.Because i am having no control over checking "Leads" or "Purchase" made from my link.
    So which affliates are reliable and trustworthy.
    How can i check their crediability.
