Practical PHP by Paul Hudson is a good start. It's very accessible and easy to read. Start here: http://www.tuxradar.com/practicalphp/ You can also download the book as an 99 cent app here: https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/php-+/id440396765?mt=8
w3 schools and tiztag are really good to start php but try using php.net for reference as well and phpclasses.org
Quickly, no way. Sounds like learning internet marketing quickly to pay your rent and buy a new Mercedes by next Tuesday because you really need to do it - now??? How much time and money do you have to accomplish this? There's no easy way. All the suggestions from the other posters are great but it is going to take some time to be proficient. Oh! and when you contact some of these schools, ask what I will take. Good luck

As you live in India. According to Indian IT industries, ASP.NET is necessary. You can try w3schools etc for php.
Install WAMP (on windows) or MAMP (on mac) and start doing some simple projects: like a contact form that saves messages in database.
Or save time and effort and download the chm file if you're on Windows or the HTML file if you're on Linux or Mac. http://us.php.net/download-docs.php. It's the same documentation.
hey if you are new to php, i will suggest you to follow this, its really great 4 a beginner . http://www.w3schools.com/php/default.asp
Learn the basics of programming first. html is a tag based page layout language so is not a good example of a programming language. I agree with Rukbat's post, above. It takes awhile to become really proficient. Sometimes the problem can be learning bad techniques and poor practices. The simple answer, there are no short cuts, just do it. Good luck
A good way to learn anything, including HTML is to find someone or a company that is willing to let you help with one of their projects. Initially you may not make any money, but if you persist and show a willingness to learn, opportunities may open up for you. Be willing to make mistakes and admit them. Also be willing to do any other jobs for them such as making coffee, running errands and other things that will make you invaluable and a member of the team. At some point, once they trust you, they will give you more responsibility. Be humble and grateful and you will go far. Good willing help is hard to find. If that does not work after a month or so, find another situation and try again. Good luck.
