Very upset - received my first negative rating ever

I am very upset as a seller on Digital Point. You know, I have been here for a good 2 years now and never ever received a negative iTrader. I'm a hard working mom from California who actually uses this forum in gaining new clients and also finding out how I can better my services.

Anyways, yesterday I received my first negative iTrader. This guy had ordered my service when I was away and did a Paypal dispute. Now, I don't mind the Paypal dispute - I had refunded his money as it's the right thing to do. But what I do not tolerate is the negative iTrader comment he left. He left me negative feedback without even trying to contact me via e-mail which he knows he could of e-mailed me (from the Paypal email) I mean, he knows I was away since I have not logged in for 5 days.

I really don't know what to do here and if anyone could help me or have advice, that would be great.

 

try to speak with the mods on Twitter, however I don't think they will be willing to modify itraders.. a friend of mine had once the same problem

 

You seem to be an honest person. Now, do not dwell in the past. There are all types of people in this world. Also, I want you to get disconnected with that very thought about the negative rating. However, next time see that you keep your customers informed about your unavailability. You may not be able to inform your customer only if you are in a cave. Internet is almost available every where and communication is easy these days. Anyway, continue to work with a good heart and you will definitely get customers ahead. Always disconnect yourself from negative things that bother you and only get connected with positive energy. By this way you will be able to move ahead in life.

 

speak to the moderating team about this. hope they work something out.

 

You no need too care about "one negative itrade" if you have many positive itrade. Continue provide the best service, people will still come to you

 

Thanks for the kind words anthonyn. Yeah, I usually always do in business but I had been away for a few days. I'll take this as a learning experience although I do feel hurt.

I seriously doubt the mods can do anything..

I just feel like my reputation here has been ruined at DP, and that was pretty much everything to me so I'll be moving on, there are other forums out there.

 

1 itrader is no problem, people will keep buying from you for sure

 

Just dont mind the negative itrader besides that the purchased should be delivered 1-3 days but he left you negative mark on the second day only without contacting you. Just move on and ignore the 1 negative reputation you have besides that you have around 46 good itrader in your profile.

 

You can reply to the negative feedback so you can explain your side for everyone to read.

I was once having the problem with a negative itrade which is false itrade given by an idiot.
I inquired about a domain (just 1 pm asking the details) and did not buy it, but the seller wants me to buy it because i inquired it. He told blackmailed me, i ignored and left a negative itrade.h
I asked mods but they did not remove it.... i opened a thread here and contacted the admin of this forum. The false itrade was removed. He was banned from the community.
