Very Unusual Google behavior from inside an intranet

I'm seeing very unusual Google behavior from a corporate intranet.

From the user's home cable network, when he searches & my site comes up in the search engine results page (SERP), they can click on the search result link & see my page.

But, when the same user is connected using his corporate VPN, and does the same search, and gets the same SERP, when he clicks on the same SERP link he gets a "Page not found" error.

He can see my site from direct links, so I know for sure I'm not blacklisted by this Very Huge Company. But when connected with his corporate VPN, when clicking on any link to my page from the Google SERP, he gets "Page not Found".

Needless to say, I consider this a serious problem. It is my primary company site.

Any help in understanding and fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Never mind, it's a server error
