Very Unique & Simple Arcade Type Site For Sale

    Up for sale is a unique arcade type site for sale. Not the usual 1000+ arcade site etc. This site has about 7 games and actually designed for content.

    Very clean design and simple layout. No admin backend, No database. Just a plain to the point simple site with a very simple script. Very strong domain name. I just did some SEO work to it and sitemap submitted to Google yesterday and already got indexed in a day. It will be sandboxed as most seasoned webmasters will know this, but once out it should get high ranking for the keywords in the domain, which will be a good thing for organic traffic. Has a good simple html portal page SEO'd and designed for good CTR which is proven as I use it on some of my other sites.

    Since it is a new site, PR is 0, decent Alexa, assume very little or no traffic, Assume very little to no revenue, 1-2 clicks a day, not worth mentioning, maybe a quarter or so a day.

    Asking $200 FIRM for it due to the strong relavent domain name (it is a 2 word .com site) , simple layout and great potential of this site. Add a little bit of content to the existing games and add a few choice games a little at a time and you will have a really great site.

    Since I am not the original owner, I think it was picked up on a expired sale. Should be a few years old as there is no way in heck this domain name would have been able to be picked up as a fresh reg.

    Some tools say 3-4 years.

    The domain name is easily worth the asking price alone.

    Still available, great domain name. Don't settle for a lousy domain url if you are looking for a arcade site.
