Selling VERY Targeted Niche/CPAlead & AdSense ready/Viral Fan Page

Looking to sell my Stop Violence Against Women blog and fan page.

The blog was set up for CPAlead. There's a page set up for people to take surveys to help Stop Violence Against Women. There's a text box on the homepage of the site that asks the visitors to take the survey. Haven't made any money via CPAlead but then again, I haven't promoted the site anywhere but the fan page and that goes for the survey as well. The blog also has AdSense on it. (Assume no revenue.)

Both the blog and page was setup on August 21, 2010. The blog got about 1000 hits with no promotion other than a link on the fan page and the page already got 2200+ fans from a mass invite being sent out to my friends only once (the day I created it) and it keeps growing. (Traffic being tracked by StatCounter.)
