    Google Cache shows that this domain name expired on 07/30/07 and is pending renewal or deletion (on date of 2nd sept) :confused: So is it the case?
    If it is a dropped domain, then $200 is TOO MUCH because the PR will not stay for a long time...

    It is not dropped at all, I have sold over 20 domains in very similar circumstances. PR has stayed for everyone else and if you check whois
