Very strange results

An hour ago I ranked #7 for a blanket term, something that has never happened before, and now an hour later I'm nowhere to be found in the SERPS for the same blanket term. Are the datacenters updating or something?

 

You sure you were not loged in to your google account on the first results? If not, yea, some of the datacenters can be updating.

 

I had the same thing happen a about 48 hours ago. I am pretty sure there was a small update somewhere in the google universe.

When a site will start showing, this used to happend, its normal.

In 2 or 3 days you will appear again with the keyword, don't worry

 

I wish if I could take you one hour back but unfortunately it will never come to you again. The Google update is over and let wait for next update hopefully on Dec 2008. Google Keeps track of all PR7 website. if your website gets PR 7 eventually, It will surely drop today or tomorrow.

Could you eleborate further what the "casaus theory" is? Right now I'm floating around 184-185 in the SERPS for that blanket term.

 

I think Google is updating their DC's and during the updates your website will keep on bouncing in the SERP's but within a day or two it will become more stable, all you can do is to wait
