Buying Very small PHP/JQuery script

Hi,

I need to have a very small PHP/JQuery script developed.

Four elements:
- Textbox 1
- Button
- iFrame (with a textbox and a dropdown)
- Textbox 2

The functionality should be like this:
- Enter text in Textbox 1
- Click the button to have the text sent to the iFrame
- In the iFrame, show the text in a textbox and use the text to set the possible values of a dropdown (values below).
- Select a dropdown value to have the selected value sent to Textbox 2 (or retrieved by the parent page)

Dropdown values:
- If Textbox 1 = "2000", dropdown values = "2000-1", "2000-2", "2000-3"
- If Textbox 1 = "3000", dropdown values = "3000-1", "3000-2", "3000-3"
- If Textbox 1 = "4000", dropdown values = "4000-1", "4000-2", "4000-3"
