Very small Logo help needed!

    hey guys!!

    I have a directory which I have built by a free template.
    The logo in the directory has a transparent background.
    But in IE, it shows a grey background which is spoiling the look.

    And in one more directory, I have a logo PSD which requires editing of the words, but i am very bad in photoshop, I'm not able to make it.

    If anyone can rectify them for a small fee,please PM me.
