Very simple youtube proxy

    Hi,

    I need someone that builds a very simple youtube proxy.

    When you enter domain.com/proxy/index.php?id=youtube_id it has to show the youtube video only, nothing extra. It only has to work on IE6 and 7, the rest is good but not needed.

    It also has to work for youtube movies that have embedding disables by request (partner videos most of the time).

    If it has any relevance, the proxy server will be located in North America (there are videos not available in certain countries).

    Please answer with a price :)
