Buying Very simple template resolution job $6

I have a effectively a very simple blank php/html template because the internals will be a web app i want to make it compatible with ipads, iphones and most of the pc resolutions (basically i want it to work out the best resolution and fit the screen correctly)

For a experienced developer this is a simple task.. i could probs do it but would rather pay professional some cash to do it..

So i will hand you a simple blank html/php template you will create a way for it to dynamically change (depending on device)

I offer $6 for this.. and the developer who does it if they do a good job i will keep them as a contact and will defiantly use them more..
