Very simple one page website needed

    I need very simple one page website needed to download two products. I have created layout, see it here: http://siteram.com/site.jpg

    this is just basic layout, I hope you will do it nicer :)

    White background, nothing too fancy in terms of graphics. You will need to tick out "I Agree With the Terms" in order to download (or the button is grayed out).

    How much?
