Very Simple Job {Valid xHTML, CSS Coder Needed}

    Well I have designed a layout I would like making. I drawn it on paper. I have now used paid to make the layout to show you what it looks like. I will also make instructions and descriptions on the layout.

    All I need is someone to make the code for me. It will be easy as it's simple, and I have shown a picture with instructions on what to do. Looking for someone who can do this simple job quickly as I am in need of this now.

    PM me if you can get this done in a couple of hours. Valid xHTML and CSS. I require full rights for the code also.
