[Very Simple Job] Converting Html to Php !! URGENT

honestly i'd do this myself but i need this asap and i tried couple of times and i keep getting errors

anyways i want this page : http://www.arabsquad.com to be in php and adding this code to the bottom of it

Just change filename from .html to .php and add the code where you want.
