Very Quick Photoshop Request

Hi, can someone do some quick PS editting and edit out the cigarette in this pic:

You must not use photoshop, something like this isn't quick because you have to fill in everything that you replace the cigarette with and make it look right. notice the shades and the smoke? Take a while to remove all of that.
I'll see what I can do but i can promise anything.

 

Aint the greatest but here you go:

I dont think you can excpect much better than that with the complex shading in the image.
