    1) No copyright issues, disclaimer and privacy policy on the page as well as claims of site Not being affiliated with Acura in any way
    2) Traffic was 15-20 visitors a day few weeks ago but just reached top 5 rank for its EMD keyword about 3-4 days ago and is now starting to climb
    3) Site has not been monetized at all yet, no adsense. And to answer in advance to any people thinking its because this site has been penalized or banned:
    isbanned.com confirms this site is not banned from adsense
    "acuracarland.org is not banned from Google AdSense"

    Will be home in 6 hours or less can provide all the traffic info for you then. And the site just recently hit top 5 rankings was no point to monetize it prior as it wasn't getting much traffic but I'm still gonna flip the site as that's what I do
