I am reluctantly selling my precious baby. This a webmaster and free hosting related site. I have put in A LOT of work and money in it to get it where it is today. Site has been optimized for search engines (does very good) and has valid HTML 4.01 transitional coding.

The ads on the site (only ads on main site, not client sites) are controlled by mySimpleAds. It's a very good and easy ad management software that let's you control the ads on the entire site from one admin panel.





The hosting side of the site
Site currently has 12000+ hosted sites(double(opt-in) registration users. forum + hosting account. Both confirm email address and this registration process reduces abuse) and is growing at a rate of 120-150 new accounts per day. The accounts have been and still are closely monitored on a daily basis. I've run a strict policy to enforce the TOS of my service, so the 12000 accounts are active accounts. I've probably deleted some 1000's of accounts during the time I've run the site.

The software behind the hosting and control panels are from LayeredPanel. I have customized and optimized this for best performance and to give the service a unique look and feel.

The hosting service comes with a active community & support forum and many unique and improved services that other providers do not offer.

The community & support forum have 3 moderators + me answering and helping client with problems when needed. Support is currently provided in English, French and Spanish. Why am I selling?

Revenue Details:

Site makes revenue from Adsense (main site only), hosting account upgrades and affiliates. Revenue has been has high as $3340 for 1 month(when promoting hostgator) but is now stable between $1200-$1500 USD p/m.

Traffic Details:
Much of the traffic comes from search engines, links, review sites(I.E StumbleUpon, free-webhosts.com etc) and returning users/clients. Site has some very good placements for competitive keywords such as "free web hosting", "free host". etc.

The uniques and page views per month numbers in this auction are for the main site only. Not including client sites.
