hello this site is a fan site supporting the artist, the domain is not a .com

if you look at previous cases where fan sites supporting the artist have come up, the people who own the sites usually win the cases.

Management and producers usually have no problem with fan sites as they support the artist and give free PR.

I think most people are scared off by the thought of being sued or even going through the court battle with lawyers and what not. Maybe you should find a way to ease their mind on that subject.

the thing is you wont get sued for a fan site, their are million of them on the internet doing fine.

you only have e chance of litigation if you use a .com
