Very poor hosting service from unlimit-hosting.com

    Hi ,

    The web hosting company unlimit-hosting.com is providing very very...very poor hosting service.Be careful.

    I have two websites being hosted in this company. In one cases,I used website
    HostTracker [Website Uptime Monitoring Service] to check the availability of my websites & confirmed that the availability of one of my website is very poor.

    I requested unlimit-hosting.com to move the problematic website from its sever to the server that is hosting my another website without problem. They refused to do anything & explained that it is the problem with the website HostTracker [Website Uptime Monitoring Service] and it is not the problem with the server.

    I must fix this problem because it affects my business seriously. Therefore I determined to move my website to another hosting company & request unlimit-hosting.com to tell me the EPP key to move the website. (EPP key is the authorization code to move the domain name). They didnt provide me any EPP key even I called them 6 times. They replied that they will provide me the EPP key within two days & they never send me anything.

    unlimit-hosting.com have a very serious & immorale business conduct !!! Be very careful with them.

    Later I figured out how to get the EPP key myself & found that the registrar is OnlineNIC where the URL is Wholesale domain registration and internet services -- OnlineNIC Inc.

    I sent a email to OnlineNIC & proved that I am the owner of those two websites. However,OnlineNIC replied that they will consult
    unlimit-hosting.com before let me know the EPP key

    I dont think unlimit-hosting.com will let them let me know the EPP key. There is a very serious business conduct (immorale) with this company.

    Can someone advise what should I do now .

    Sorry to hear all the troubles you are having. Do they have a client area within their site? If they do look around their might be a way for you to get the EPP code.

    I would suggest you to get in touch with ICANN, let them know about your case.They should take an action against the domain registrar. But this would be an extreme move,prior to that I would suggest you to wait for sometime and wait for unlimit-hosting.com to provide you the EPP code.Just make them aware that you know what you can do if they do not provide the EPP code,let them know that you are gonna approach ICANN which would result in a great loss to them and their domain registration rights can get canceled.

    Sorry to hear that this company is treating you this way. As suggested before contact ICANN, and see if they can help if the EPP is not provided to you promptly.

    Is the domain is registered under your name or company name?
    If its under your name,there is a big chance you can get back the domain by filled your complain against the host at icann.
