we have been working very hard to get top 10 and finally got there last night, but for some odd, unknown reason, they have linked all of our listings to:

    http://*domain dot com

the * is causing our link to be broken obviously, and we not only dont know why this happened, but we dont know what to do about it.

    Any suggestions would be Great

do a 301 redirect to your real domain name using htaccess

Post an update if it works or you can post a link to your website so that i can looks what else you can do.

the .htaccess has been changed, so my next question is do i have to wait for google to spider the site, and if so, does url change take effect fairly quickly on the SE?

Although it depends on how google bots crawl your website but last time i did a 301 redirect changes appeared on SERP in 2-3 days..
