    I registered this domain name in hopes of developing it into a VPS/Reseller/Dedicated hosting service, but too many other projects kept pushing this aside. It's up for renewal next month so I'd rather just sell it.

    It includes the current unfinished website and template.

    This is not an auction. I want $50 for it.
