Selling Very Nice Tech/Software Site (With Adsense)

    I am selling a Tech Site / Free Software Site ,, You should assume no traffic or revenue.
    The site was started about 2 years ago, and has had very little work done over the last year.
    It is running Adsense and is approved by them, and ads have been running since launch (about 2 years)
    It was a project I started and had high hopes for, but things at home changed so there was never any free time to spend on this fine site.

    The site is Wordpress, The Domain is Godaddy.
    Ads are well laid out and well placed, so with some work, this will be a good earner for the new owner.

    I have my Google Analytics and my Google Adsense attached above ( Both show 12 months )
    But if you want, just send me your gmail name and I will add you to my GA

    Traffic is low as I don't do much to this site, and It has not had a new post in over 8 months or so.
    It does get some clicks on the ads,, and some clicks can pay up to $2.50 per click..
    OH .. Yes it is Wordpress
